In April this year, the Ampelmann supported maintenance operations for Brunei Shell petroleum in the South Chinese Sea. The Ampelmann offered the opportunity to transfer crew without the cumbersome and sometimes dangerous operation of installing a fixed gangway or using a swing rope. |
