Ampelmann continues to spread personnel transfer operations in Latin America and the Caribbean Sea

Ampelmann has been awarded a contract by Cardon IV (CIV) in support for a Walk to Work campaign in the Perla Field, Venezuela. With this contract Ampelmann will continue to expand its fleet in the region, where in addition to Venezuela, Ampelmann has currently allocated E-type systems in Argentina, Brazil, Trinidad and USA.

Ampelmann has successfully mobilised and installed the A-type system on board of the Armada Tuah 85. The A-type system is a full active motion compensated access gangway, designed to transfer personnel safely and efficiently to offshore structures.

Andres Garcia, Business Development Manager Latin America: “After our first successful W2W campaign in Venezuela where CIV was the end client, we are grateful that CIV has chosen Ampelmann as their partner in this long term project of 2 years. We look forward to building a strong business relationship with CIV going forward.”
