Your role as Work Student Payroll Support
In this role you will get to know the ins and outs of international payrolling. Together with our International Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for a smooth and correct payroll process for 14 entities within 11 countries. Your international workscope will lead to contacts with several international partners across the globe. You will collect and process payroll related data in order to ensure our employees get their correct salary in time while taking into account all relevant local laws and regulations (like deductions of wage tax, pension contributions, etc.).
- Data collection and entry for 14 entities in 11 countries
- Reviewing payslips during payroll cycle
- First line of contact for questions of our employees
- Distributing payroll output to your financial and tax counterparts
- Background or interest in financial/payroll administration
- Experience with Excel
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
- 16-24 hours availability per week (flexible hours) – if you are a dual student, your hours will depend on your study program and could be more than the mentioned hours

About the P&O department
The P&O department consists of around 9 employees. We have a very young and dedicated team, making sure all matters regarding HR, Payroll, L&D and Talent Acquisition are running smoothly. The payroll department is part of the People Operations part of P&O. We want to be better every day and we are always looking for improvements. In this way we contribute to the Ampelmann strategy.

Studies with a dual program that could be relevant are MBO 4 (BBL) level-, or possibly HBO-, level in the field of payroll administration, human resource management, financial administration or business administration. We offer a very interesting learning environment where you will get to know the full scope of national and international payroling (including 30% rulings, shadow payrolling, etc.).
