Challenge
Serve (un)manned platforms and wind turbines by transferring people and cargo to enable maintenance campaigns.
Solution
Besides the traditional Ampelmann gangway, which provides safe personnel transfer, the E8000 is equipped with a crane that allows safe cargo transfer from a moving vessel to any fixed or floating structure at sea.
We don’t need any cranes at the platforms anymore. So we can take them all off, which is a huge cost reduction.
