The three-week initiative that took place this summer was designed to put employees' personal and professional development in the spotlight. From learning about the traits of a true leader to tackling the future of work, participants were eager to accept the challenge to continuously work on their own development.
“We believe that the growth of Ampelmann and the growth of our people are the same thing. They are two sides of the same coin,” says Mariska van IJzerloo, Director People & Organisation at Ampelmann.
