The N-type is the proven system that lets you transfer personnel safely in extreme cold weather. Known as the Icemann, it is fully operational in temperatures as low as -28°C, ice, snow, and sea states up to 3.5m Hs. It is fully motion compensated, resulting in zero movement of the gangway.
With the equipment covers, heating and insulation, the N-type can operate year-round in regions with below-freezing temperatures, ice and snow. The system improves the safety and efficiency of your operations through active motion compensation and flexibility in platform landing locations and directions.
